The concept of "The Universe Always Has Your Back" is based on the principles of the law of attraction and spirituality. It suggests that when we have trust and faith in the universe, we open ourselves up to receiving its blessings and guidance. By letting go of fear, doubt, and resistance, we can create a positive vibration that attracts positive outcomes into our lives.

Trust is the foundation of this concept. It involves having faith in the universe and believing that it has our best interests at heart. Trusting that everything happens for a reason and that the universe is always supporting us can help us navigate life.
